Welcome to TTNV Gymnastics Club,

TTNV is a gymnastics club in Tampere. Everybody from age 4 and older is welcome to join our aesthetic group gymnastics teams. We have teams at almost all levels starting from our “gymnastics school” groups to the high level competitive teams.

We welcome new gymnasts all the time but most new gymnasts start at the beginning of each semester. A new semester begins in every January and August.

The teams practice at local school gyms on the east side of the Tampere area, and at the club's own training facility located at Lakalaiva (street address: Lempäälänkuja 7). The facility has good connections both by car and public transportation.

Aesthetic Group Gymnastics is art, expression and feeling combined into a competitive sport for girls and women from preschoolers to adults. The sport requires physical qualities such as flexibility, balance, speed, strength, coordination and sense of rhythm. Movements of the body are emphasized in the flow, expressive and aesthetic appeal of the sport.
